Edesia Pizza in Bohemia never disappoints! The food has always been excellent—everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The owner is incredibly sweet and genuinely makes you feel welcomed every time you walk in. I highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area. And the cannolis? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for great pizza and amazing service, Edesia is the place to go!

The specialty pizza slices and Sicilian were so good! Very good soup as well. Adriana was really sweet she took the time to introduce herself as I told her it was our first time there. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Delicious!!!!!

The food is consistently excellent, and the service from Adriana and the team is outstanding. Every time we’ve hosted people with food from Edesia’s we get multiple positive comments from guests asking where we got it. If you like restaurants where the owners and staff care about their customers, food, and service you owe it to yourself to have a meal at Edesia’s.

Attended a child’s 4th birthday party this afternoon. It was perfect! The kids each received a cup of sauce, cheese and pepperoni to use on their dough. The pizza cooked for less than 10 minutes and the children were ready to eat their lunch! The food that was ordered for adults was delish! The staff was helpful, patient with children and friendly
